BlacKkKlansman (Spike Lee). A black policeman in Colorado Springs infiltrates the Ku Klux Klan.

Bohemian Rhapsody (Bryan Singer). A fascinating picture of Freddie Mercury and Queen.

Boy Erased - (Joel Edgerton).  A look at conversion therapy and a family's experience of it.

First Reformed - (Paul Schrader).  A pastor at a historic church undergoes multiple trials of his faith.

Green Book - (Peter Farrelly). An unlikely friendship develops between a black man and his driver.

If Beale Street Could Talk - (Barry Jenkins).  Trying to prove the innocence of one falsely imprisoned.

Incredibles 2 – (Brad Bird).  After superheroes are outlawed, one superhero family gets reinstated.

Isle of Dogs - (Wes Anderson).  A Japanese mayor banishes all dogs from the city, but people fight back.

Leave No Trace - (Debra Granick).  Electing to be homeless in a preserve, a father and daughter create a strong bond.

McQueen – UK (Ian Bonhote, Peter Ettedgui). The life and career of fashion designer Alexander McQueen.

A Quiet Place - (John Krasinski).  In a post-apocalyptic world a family has to maintain strict silence.\

RBG (Julie Cohen, Betsy West).  Documentary about Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

A Star is Born - (Bradley Cooper).  A popular rock star mentors, then weds, an ingenue. 

Vice - (Adam McKay).  The story of Dick Cheney, and how he came to importance in the Bush administration.

Won’t You be my Neighbor? – (Morgan Neville).  Documentary about television’s Fred Rogers (Mr. Rogers).
